1. Overview

Randomizer ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the Randomizer mobile application (the "App").

By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

2. Data we collect

We aim to collect as little data as possible. Here is what the App may access or process:

• Questions you submit: The text you type into the App is sent to our AI service to generate a decision. This content is not stored permanently and is not linked to any identifier.
• Anonymous usage analytics: We may collect anonymised, aggregated data about how the App is used (e.g. number of sessions, feature interactions) to improve the product. This data cannot be used to identify you.
• Crash reports: If the App crashes, diagnostic data may be collected automatically to help us fix bugs. This data does not include the content of your questions.

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, or any other personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily provide it when contacting support.

3. How we use your data

Any data we process is used solely for the following purposes:

• Generating a decision in response to your question.
• Improving the reliability, performance, and features of the App.
• Diagnosing and fixing technical issues.
• Responding to support enquiries you initiate.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any commercial purpose beyond operating the App.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data with third parties. We may share limited data with:

• AI service providers: Your questions are processed by a third-party AI model to generate responses. These providers are contractually obligated not to use your data for their own training or commercial purposes.
• Analytics providers: Anonymous, aggregated usage data may be shared with analytics tools to help us understand app performance.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request.

5. Data retention

Questions submitted to the Oracle are not stored beyond the time needed to generate and return a response. We do not maintain logs of your queries linked to any identifier.

Anonymous analytics data may be retained in aggregated form indefinitely to track long-term product trends. Crash report data is typically retained for up to 90 days.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you.

Since we do not collect personally identifiable information in the course of normal App use, there is generally no personal data to retrieve or delete. If you contacted our support team and wish to have that correspondence deleted, please reach out to us at hello@polbo.app.

7. Children's privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it promptly.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
